Richard Gamberg of Dover, Delaware, ran KSAT's successor, CSAT, also a C-band based TVRO talk channel that carried on the political action fight.  Ricahrd ran a successful computer retail store in the top floors of his Dover brownstone while his basement contained the CSAT studio.

This tape was shot by Dennis Crepps after CSAT went down and the commercial station,IBS, took its place.  So, one assumes the IBS facility was more advanced.

The old KSAT mixing board was placed in storage in the back of the room (below).
